In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (16) (a) of section z the Public Health (Sanitary Provisions) Regulations, 1948, the Colonial Sicretary has, by writing under his hand, declared that the area described the nutached schedule is subject to Regulation 2 of the said Regulations.

An area situated in Kowloon and bounded:
on the North by Prince Edward Road
on the East by Waterloo Road
on the South by Argyle Street
on the West by Shanghai Street.
