In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (10) (a) of section 2 f the Public Health (Sanitary Provisions) Regulations, 1948, the Colonial Secretary has, by writing under bis hand, declared that the areas described the attached schedule are subject to Regulation 2 of the said Regulations.

SCHEDULE.

1. An area situated in Hong Kong and bonuded:

on the North by Queen's Road East, Morrison Hill Road and

Leighton Hill Road

on the East by Wong Nei Chong Road

on the South by Woog Nei Chong Road to its junction with Village Road and thence a line projected to the nearest point on Stubbs Road, and

on the West by Stubbs Road,

2. All that portion of the Island of Hong Kong bounded:

ou the North by an imaginary line from Wong Nei Chong Gap to the northern-most point of Sai Wan Military Cemetery and thouce projected to the sea

on the West by a line from Wong Nei Chong Gap southwards along the Repulse Bay Road to its junction with Island Road and thence projected to the sea, and

ou the South and East by the sea.
