Order by the Governor in Council
(under section 13(2)(a)).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(2)(a) of the Trade roicas and Trade Disputes Ordinance, 1948, the Governor in Conncil has declared and it is hereby declared that the provisions of section 13 of the zuid Ordinance shall not apply to the Chinese Seamen's Union (Hong Kong Brunch).
