THE TRADE UNIONS AND TRADE DISPUTES ORDINANCE, 1948.
ORDER OF EXEMPTION.
(Order by the Governor under section 14 (1)).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Trade Unions and Trade Disputes Ordinance, 1948, His Excellency the Governor in Council bas mude the following order-
ORDER.
It is hereby declared that in connection with the registration in Hong Kong, exemption be granted from the provisions of section 14(1) of the Trade Unions and Trade Dispates Ordinance, 1948, in respect of the British Air Line Pilots' Association (Hong Kong Branch) whose parent association la registered as a trade union in the United Kingdom and is affiliated to the Trades Tuion Congress.
