Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supreme Court Bhort title. (Emergency) (Repeal) Ordinance, 1949.
2. The Supreme Court (Emergency) Ordinance, 1946, is Repeat of hereby repealed.
