(2) Notwithstanding the provision of sub-section (1) the Corporation shall not acquire any immovable property in the Colony unless it has previously obtained the special consent of the Governor in Council in each case.

(3) The Corporation shall further have power by deed under its seal to grant, sell, convay, assign, surrender, exchange, partition, yield up, mortgoge, demise, re-assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of any lands, buildings, messages, tenements, mortgages, debentures, stocks, funds, shares or securities, or other goods and chattels whatsoever, which are for the time being vested in or belonging to the Corporation, upon such teruna as to the Corporation may seem fit.

4. The legal estate in any property whatsoever, transferred froster of to the Corporation in any manner whatsoever, shall in the event property. of death of the 'resident for the time being in Hong Kong of the China Peniel Missionary Society, or in the event of bis ceasing to hold office ne such President, pass to his Successor in such office when oppointed.

5. All deeds and other instruments requiring the seal of the Execution Corporation shall be sealed in the presence of the person who is of deeds. for the time being President in Hong Kong of the China Peniel Missionary Society or of his attorney, duly authorised, and such deeds and instruments and writings requiring the signature of the Corporation shall be signed by such President or his attorney.

(1) Whenever any person is appointed to the office of Appointment President in Hong Kong of the China Peniel Missionary Society, of President. that person shall within three works after his appointment or within such further time as may be allowed by the Governor, furnish to the Governor satisfactory evidence of his appointment.

(2) A notification in the Gazetic under the land of the Colonial Secretary that such evidence has been furnished to the Governor by such person shall be conclusive evidence of such appointment.

(3) The appointment of a new President, in the ovent of death or for any other reason, shall be made by the majority vote of the four directors of the Corporation in Hong Kong.

7. Nothing in this Ordinance shall affect or be deemed to Saving of affect the rights of His Majesty the King, Ria Heirs and rights of the Successors, or the rights of any body politic or corporate or of Grown and of any other person except such as are mentioned in this Ordinance certain other and those claiming by, from, or under them.
