9. Section 11 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended by the insertion of the words or loiters for the purpose of soliciting " after the word "solicite ** in the fourth line thereof.
10. Section 13 of the principal Ordinance ja hareby amended by the substitution of the following sub-section for sub-mention (1):-

190. Any person who wears a uniform which he any person is not entitled to wear or any dress so closely resembling to which he is the same as to be calculated to deceive shall be liable to a fiue not exceeding one thousand dollara or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months: Provided that the wearing of any uniform or dress by a performer in any public entertainment shall not constitute an offence against this section.
In this section "uniform" means any apparel from time to time constituting the proper apparel whilst on duty for members of His Majesty's Forces or of the Hong Kong Defence Force or for the British Mercantile Marine or for members of the Hong Kong Police Forre ar Hong Kong Police Reserve Force or for any force raised under the authority of any enactment in force in the Colony and apparel" includes recoutrements.

19. Any person who, by any act or omission and whether or not with intent to procure any valuable thing, falsely pretends that he is a public servant or is able to procure any public servant to do or refrain from doing any act or thing in connection with the duty of such public servant shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months.
190. Every person who resists or obstructs a public officer or other person lawfully engaged, authorised or employed in the performance of any public daty or any person lawfully assisting much public officer or person therein ahall ou summary conviction by a magistrate be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months and to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars.**
13. The following section is substituted for section 20 of the Repeal and príncipal Ordinance :--

Every person who, not being a police officer of the or a member of the Hong Kong Police Reserve Force, principe! as the case may be, has in his possession any articlė forming part of the clothing, accoutrements Or appointments supplied to any such officer or member and is not able satisfactorily to account for his possession thereof shall be liable to a fine not exceeding two bundred anul fifty dollara."
14. The Uniforma Ordinance, 1895, the British Mercantile Report of Marine Uniform Ordinance, 1920 and section 47 of the Inter- Ordinances pretation Ordinance, 1911, are hereby repealed.
