An Ordinanca to amend the Summary Offences Ordinance, 1982.

Be it ensated by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Summary Offences Short sile. Amendment Ordinance, 1949, and shall be read as one with the Summary Offences Ordinance, 1932, hereinafter referred to as the Ordinance principal Ordinance.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the Amendment addition of the following paragraph after paragraph (5):
**(6b) "public meeting includes any meeting in a principal public place and any meeting which the public or a section thereof are permitted to attend, whether on payment or otherwise,"
