13. Any person who is guilty of su offence against this Ordinance, or who fails to observe any condition imposed by the Commissioner of Police under section 9, shall on summary conviction by a magistrate be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars.

Au Ordinance to amend the Education Ordinance, 1913.

Be it enacted by the Governor in Council, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Education (Amand- Short title. ment) Ordinance, 1948, and shall be read as one with the
Ordinance Education Ordiuance, 1913, hereinafter referred to as the principal No. 26 of Ordinance.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended Amendment as follows:
