An Ordinance to amend the Separation and Maintenance Orders

Ordinance, 1935.

Bs it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof;

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Separation and Short title. Maintenance Orders (Amendment) Ordinance, 1948, and shall be read as ope with the Separation and Maintenance Orders Ordinance, Ordinance 1935, hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance.

Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended- Amendment

of section 5

1935.

(a) by the substitution of the words "two hundred and of the fifty

for the word fifty" in the third line of paragraph (c) principal

Ordinance. thereof; and

word

(b) by the substitution of the word " thirty for the tea in the third line of paragraph (4) thereof.
