An Ordinance to smond the Land Registration Ordinance, 1844.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advica
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Land Registration short fiske, (Fees Amendment) Ordinance, 1948, and shall be read as one with the Land Registration Ordinance, 1844, hereinafter referred Ordinance to as the principal Ordinance.
