1. This Ordinance may be cited DA the Companies Short title. (Re-construction of Records) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1948, and Ahall be read as one with the Companies (Be-construction of Ordinance No. 40 of Records) Ordinance, 1947, hereinafter referred to as the principal 1947

2. Sub-section (2) of section 11 of the principal Ordinance Amendment is hereby amended by the deletion of the words within six of section months from the commencement of this Ordinance" appearing in 1(3) the second and third lines thereof and by the substitution therefor
