An Ordinales to control the sale and supply of penicillin and
certain other substances.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council therent:
1948.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Penicillin Ordinance, short dile.
2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires, faterpretation. the following expressions shall have the meanings hereby respec-
tively assigned to them, that is to say-
**authorised seller of poisons" has the meaning assigned to it by the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, 1987;

"registered dentist" means a person" registered in the dentiste register under the Dentista Ordinance, 1940;
