An Ordinance to amend the Public Health (Food) Ordinance, 1935.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health (Food) Shan úlle, Amendment Ordinance, 1948, and shall be read as one with the Public Health (Food) Ordinance, 1956, hereinafter referred to as Ordinance the principal Ordinance.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is hereby repealed Amendment and replaced as follows:-

In this Ordinance-

Bake-bouse

means say premises on which brend, bisnuita or confectionery are baked for sale as food for man and includes any premises on which such food is prepared for baking or on which the materials for the preparation of much food are stored.

** Cafe "*

means building or portion thereof used for the sale of light refreshments only and where no food is cooked on the premises.

**Council ** means the Urban Council, unless some other Council is indicated.
