An Ordinance to amend the Hawkers Ordinance, 1935.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hawkers (Amend- Short title.
ment) Ordinance, 1948.
2.
Section 2 of the Hawkers Ordinance, 1935, as amended Amendment
by the Hawkers (Amendment) Ordinance, 1946, is hereby amended of Ordinance
by the deletion of all the words following the word tobacco
of section a
