An Ordinance to amend the Widows' and Orphans' Pension
Ordinance, 1908.

Br it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:---
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Widows' and Orphans' Short die. Pension (Amendment) Ordinance, 1948, and shall be read as one with the Widows' and Orphans' Pension Ordinance, 1908, berein- after referred to as the principal Ordinance.
