Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the
advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as
follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Quarantine and Shark titla.
Prevention of Disease (Amendment) Ordinance, 1947.

2. In section 18 of the Quarantine and Prevention of Andmek Disease Ordinance, 1996, the word "Governor shall be 18.
substituted for the words "Governor in Council".
