3-(1) This Ordinance aball come into force by Comm Proclamation of the Governor.
(2) Subject to the provisions of this section this Ordinance shall continue in force for the period of one year beginning with the date this Ordinance cornes into force and shall then expire.

Provided that at any time while this Ordinance is in foren resolved by the Legislative Council that this Ordinance shall continue in force for a further period of one year from the time it would otherwise expire this Ordinance shall con- tinue in force for that further period.
