Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the
advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as
follows:-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Quarantine and Bhort titla.
Prevention of Disease (Amendment) Ordinance, 1947.
of Ord. No. 7 of 1936,
2. In section 18 of the Quarantine and Prevention of Amendment Disease Ordinance, 1996, the word "Governor" shall be a substituted for the words "Governor in Council".
