"Governor to have power to repeal.
In the event of this Proclamation being continued in force after the cessation of the British Military Administration, it shall be competent for the Governor to repeal all or any of the provisions thereof **.
The first three lines and the first three words in line 4 shall be deleted and the following shall be substituted
upon the making of any such order **.
