Article 4.

Ordinances repealed:

Ordinances No.

7 of 1932, No. 36 of 1932, No. 16 of 1933, No. 7 of 1934.

The Opium Ordinance, 1932, and all Ordinances amending the same end all Regulations made thereunder are repealed.

The words **Commander-in-Chief *" and the interpretation thereof shall be deleted.

(3) Any decision on any question of fact or of law decided on any such appeal shall be subject to further appen in the manner provided for by Sections 34-88 both inclusive of the said Ordinance "*.
