An Ordinance to amend the Code of Civil Procedure,
[6th September, 1946.]
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the
advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof as
follows:
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Code of Civil Short title.
Procedure Amendment Ordinance, 1946.
2. Section 439 of the Code of Civil Procedure in hereby
amended by the deletion the word "two" in line four and
the substitution therefor of the word "five".

the Principal Ordinance.
