Article 4.

Ordinances repealed: Ordinances Nu.

7 of 1982, No. 36 of 1932, No. 16 of 1933, No. 7 of 1934.

The Opium Ordinance, 1932, and all Ordinances amending the same and all Regulations made thereunder are repealed.

The words "Commander-in-Chief *! and the interpretation thereof shall be deleted.

(2) The practice and procedure ou appeal shall be by motion and in all watters except those expressly provided hereunder or under the Rules of Procedure provided for under Article 7 bercaf shall be in accordance with the practice and procedure prescribed by the Supreme Court Summary Juriediction Ordinence, 1879 aud amendment thereef from time to time in fores as though such appeal were an action commenced in the Summary Jurisdiction of the Supreme Comit.

(8) Any decision on any question of fact or of law decided on any such appeal shall be subject to further appeal in the manner provided for by Sections 34-36 both inclusive of the said Ordinance".
