An Ordinance to amend the Crown Rents (Apportionment)

Ordinance, 1986.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crown Rents Short title. (Apportionment) Amendment Ordinance, 1941.

2. The interpretation of "Section" in section 2 of the Amandment Crown Renta (Apportionment) Ordinance, 1936, is amended of Ordin by the deletion of all words after the words "Land Office in the sixth line thereof.

3. Section 9 of the Crown Rents (Apportionment) Ordin- Now sub ance, 1936, is amended by the addition of the following sub-section (4) section at the end thereof :-

(4) Any section the rent whereof shall have been determined under this Ordinance shall, upon registration and notification of such determination, be deemed to be a Lot within the meaning of this Ordinance, for the purposes of any future application and determination made thereunder.
