Governor,
WHEREAS it is expedient that the sittings of the Police Court at Kowloon in the Colony of Hong Kong be held elsewhere than in the building at present known as the Kowloon Magistracy situate at Shanghai Street.
Now, therefore, 1, Sir ANDREW CALDECorr, Knight. Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Governor and Cominander-in-Chief of The Colony of Hong Kong and its Hependencies and Vice- Admiral of the same, do hereby appoint that, from and after the 14th day of April, 1936, the sittings of the said Police Court shall no longer be held in the building at present known as the Kowloon Magistracy but shall be held in the Courts specified in the Schedule hereto situate in the building at King's Park, Gascoigne Road, opposite to the junction of Chi Woo Street and Pakloi Street, to be known until further notice as the Police Court at Kowloon.
Schedule.
1. The Court situate in the said building on the East side of the first floor thereof to be known as **The First Court **.
2. The Court situate in the said building on the West side of the first floor thereof to be known as The Second Court
