JUDGMENTS (FACILITIES FOR ENFORCEMENT) ORDINANCE, 1921.

By His Excellency Sir REGINALD LOWARD STUBOS, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in- Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, and Vice Admiral of the same.

Whereas it is provided by section 6 of the Judgments (Facilities for Enforcement) Ordiunace 1921 that where the Governor is satisfied that reciprocal provisions have been nude by the legislature of any part of His Majesty's dominions outside the United Kingdom for the enforcement within that part of flis Majesty's dominious of judgments obtained in the Supreme Court the Governor may by order in conncil declare that the said Ordinance shall extend to judgments obtained in a superior court in that part of His Majesty's dominious in the like manner as it extends to judgments obtained in a superior court in the United Kingdom and that on any such order being made the said Ordinance shall apply accordingly :

Any whereas it is also provided by the said section that for the purposes thereof the expression "part of His Majesty's dominions outside the United Kingdom" shall be deemed to include any territory which is ouder His Majesty's protection :

Any whereas I am satisfied that such reciprocal provisione have been made by the legislature of the Federated Malay States:

Now therefore I, Sir ReorALD EDWARD STUBBS, Knight Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in Chief of the Colony of Hongkong and its Depondencies, and Vice Admiral of the samo do hereby by this order in council declare that the said Ordinauce shall extend to judgments obtained in superior courts in the Federated Malay States.
