Now therefore I in pursuance of the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Ordinances 1866 and 1914 do hereby proclaim that the said further capital of five millions of dollars has been raised and that the said sum of five millions of dollars together with the before mentioned sum of fifteen millions of dollars anking in all a total of twenty millions of dollars shall henceforth be taken to be the fixed capital of the Corporation.

Given under my hand and the public seal of the Colony at Victoria, Hongkong, this 23rd day of December, 1921.
