TRADING WITE THE ENEMY.
FERS AND Agents' Charoes IN RESPECT OF Patents, Desions and Trade Mares,
THEREAS by a Licence dated the 11th day of February, 1918, His Excellency the Governor, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by certain Royal Preclamations relating to Trading with the Enemy, authorised all persons in the Colony of Hongkong, subject to the limitations therein specified, to pay any fees necessary for obtaining the grant, registration or renewal of Patents, Designs or Trade Marks in an enemy country and to pay to ensoy agents their charges and expenses in relation to such matters and also to pay on behalf of an enemy fees papable in the Colony or in His Majesty's Dominions on applications for the grant, registration or renewal of Patents, Designs or Trade Marks and to pay the charges and expenses of agenta in relation thereto :
And whereas the said Licence was amended by a further Licance issued by me on the 30th day of November, 1917:
And whereas it appears to me that such payments as aforesaid should no longer be authorised:
Now, therefore, I, CLAUD SEVERN, Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, the Officer Administering the Government of the Colony of Hongkong and its Dependencies, hereby revoke the said Licences and give notice that
