65. The prices of provisions imported from countries other than China (excepting those above enumerated) may not be raised more than 15% above the retail prices prevailing in the Colony on the 25th July, 1914.
Nors-In consideration of the loss sustained by discount on suh- sidiary coinage, payment for all articles of food not exceeding $2 in value (on which a maximum price has been fixed) shall if made in subsidiary coiu be subject to an additional charge of 7%.
