And whereas by Gioverument Notifientions heretofore From time to time issued under the authority of Section 15 of the said Ordines cortin slates have been fixel by His Excellency the tlovernor in respect of the various districts of the New Territories after which all persons in ocenjition of lundi in sugh Notificatious describerl should be deemed trespassers is against the Crown unless such counte pation was authorized by grant from the Crown, or by other title allowed by the Court minder the said Onlinunce or by Reenen" from the Governor or from soung Government Officer havings outhority to grant such licence, or unless a chin to be entitled to such ocenation had been chily presented to the Court and bol not been withdrawn or heard mui disallowed:
