Governor.
By His Excellency Sir HENRY ARTHUR BLARE, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong- kong and its Dependencies, and Vico-Admiral of the same.
Whereas, by Proclamation dated the 23rd day of April, 1901, made under Regulation No. 1 of the Quarantine Regulations made by the Governor in Council on the 18th day of March, 1897, under section 25 of Ordinance No. 20 of 1891, the Port of Manila, was proclaimed by the Governor in Council to be a port or place at which an infectious or contagious disease prevailed;
And whereas it is expedient to revoke such Proclamation;
Now, therefore, I, Sir HENRY ARTBUR BLAKE, Kuight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong- kong and its Dependencies, do, hereby, with the advice of the Executive Council, revoke the said Proclamation dated the 23rd day of April, 1901.
