Made by the Governor in Council, under Section 2 of Ordinance No, 17 of 1870, this 6th day of February, 1997.
Ordered that the fee of one dollar payable to the Registrar General for n Certificate of Birth under Section 14 of Ordinance No. 16 of 1896, entitled The Births and Deaths Registration Ordinance, is, in the case of soldiers, hereby reduced to ten cents in each case,
