ADDITIONAL REGULATION
In relation to Petroleum in Bulk made by the Governor in Council, on the 12th day of January, 1897, under the provisions of "The Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1873,” as amended
Alteration of
by Ordinance No. 8 of 1892.
Regulation No. 9 of the Rules and Regulations in relation to Petroleum in Bulk, made Regulation by the Governor in Council on the 7th day of December, 1892, is hereby revoked and in lieu December, thereof the following shall be substituted:
1892.
Amended Regulation No. 9.-The wharves immediately opposite the premises licensed for the storage of petroleum in bulk at Taikoktsui, British Kowloon, and North Point, Hongkong, shall be the places to which ships having or heing about to take on board petroleum in bulk shall proceed, and every ship as aforesaid in proceeding thereto or therefrom, unless special permission to the contrary has been given by the Harbour Master, shall if bound to the former of these take the route by way of the passage North of Stonecutter's Island, and if to the latter, by way of the South of the Island of Hongkong and by the Lyemoon Pass.
