ADDITIONAL POLICE PENSION REGULATIONS
Made by the Governor in Council under Section 17 of "The Police Force Consolidation. Ordinance, 1887,” on the
28th day of January, 1895.
1. In estimating the conduct of subordinate officers and constables for pension purposes the expression "good" and "uniformly good" will be deemed to be synonymous terms.
2. The conduct of any subordinate officer or constable will be deemed "good" and will, subject to the report of the Captain Superintendent of Police, entitle him to full pension if he has not obtained during his term of active service an average of four black marks per annum under the Police Regula- tions for the tinc being in force.
3. If any such officer or constable has obtained during his term of active service an average per mum of four black marks, his conduct will, as a rule, but subject to the report of the Captain Superintendent of Police, and unless the Governor in Council shall, in any particulur case, otherwise determine, be estimated and his pension calculated upon the seale following:-
