The Owner or Occupier of No. Take notice that the service to the above mentionad tenement having on inspection been found to be defective, you are requested to take steps to carry out the alterations or repairs set forth in the accompanying memoramiun which I hereby certify to in: necessary, Should you fail to carry out such alterations and repairs within thirty days after the receipt of this notice, the service will be disconuected from the Waterwurke and will not be re-comeeted until it is renewed, altered o repaired to muy satisfaction. Should you desire it, the necessary work can be done by the Water Authority at your expenses In such case you or your muthorized agent should call at the Office of the Water Anthority to sign the form which will be supplied to you.
