Additional Police Regulation under Section 19 of Ordinance 1d of 1887, approved of by the Governor in Council on the 10th day of January, 1891.
The amount of sick leave allowed to Officers of the Civil Service having been recently regulated by the Right Honourable the Secretary of State for the Colonies, the following regulation as to the Subordinate Members of the Police Force is approved.
Any subordinate Officer or Constable detained in Hospital, or absent from duty, otherwise than for Linjuries received on duty, for a period of more than 30 days in one year, will for each day's detention
or absence after that period be allowed half pay only, without further Hospital stoppages.
