Made by the Governor in Council, under the provisions of Section P of Ordinance No. 8 of 1870, this 11th day of November, 1990,
On and after this date and until further notice the Foot-ball Club have the use of the Recreation Ground in the Wongneichung Valley (Sonth end) on Mondays and Thursdays; the Golf Club on Tuesdays and Saturdays; the Military on Wednesdays and Fridays; and the Navy on Thursdays.
