The reservoirs contained their combined maximum storage on seven days between 6th July and 4th September.

The rainfall (Table XI) amounted to 82.50 inches, being 12.73 inches more than last year and 2.29 inches lower than the average for the last fifty-four years.

The total quantity of water pumped from Tytam Tuk Reservoir during the year amounted to 1,397.36 million gallons of which 1,370.15 million gallons were pumped by the Simpson Engines, and 27.21 million gallons by the Tangye Engines. This total was less than that of last year by 387.40 million gallons.
