Surveys were made of four lots for plans to be attached to deeds of surrender.
23. The boundaries of 304 areas (building lots, permit areas, quarries, etc.), were set out and the frontage lines to streets of 124 lots were checked.
24. 1,880 stones to define the boundaries of 475 lots and seventy-four concrete posts to define eighteen quarries were fixed.
25. Boundaries of numerous lots and street alignments were set out for the Drainage and Roads sub-departments.
26. Eleven surveys were made and plans prepared for the Police Department in connection with criminal cases.
27. The annual perambulation of the Anglo-Chinese boundary was made for the inspection of boundary marks.
28. The revision of the departmental regulations was completed and will be issued shortly.
