5. The actual revenue for the year fell short of the estimate by $2,157,339. The largest decreases occurred in Port and Harbour Dues $129,542, Licences and Internal Revenue, etc., $1,300,578. Post Office $190,702 and Land Sales $641,527, but receipts from Kowloon-Canton Railway increased by $58,775 and Rent of Government Property by $103,524 is not correct, it should be a decrease.
