154. Training Nullahs:

(a.) Side-wall and Invert of Nullah, East side of Kau Lung Tong Development Scheme. - This work was referred to in paragraphs 212 (a.) of the Report for 1925 and 154 (a.) of that for last year.
The progress was slow, the continuation of the nullah Northwards being retarded owing to the delay in cutting through the main 100 foot road on the Eastern boundary of the Estate in the centre of which this nullah is to be laid.
A further length of 116 feet of decking was laid during the year.

(b.) Kau Lung Tong Development Area, Connection to Stream North of Hill Area to Main Nullah. - This work was referred to in paragraphs 212 (b.) of the Report for 1925 and 154 (b.) of that for last year.
It was not found possible to undertake the constructional work during the year, as the 100 foot road has not been cleared from the centre line for the nullah; some minor work was, however, carried out as a prevention against rainstorm damage arising.

(a.) Kau Lung Tong Development area, - Sewers. - A total length of 7,122 feet of 6 and 9 inch sewers was laid during the year.
