(6.) Alterations to No. 3 Motor House Pokfulam Road. (7.) New Cross connection to City main at Garden Road. (8.) Laying new 4" W.I. main in Findlay Path and Plantation Road, Peak District Supply.

The following is a brief description of the above-mentioned items:

(1.) 18" diameter C.I. pipe connection between Monmouth Path and the corner of Queen's Road and Arsenal Street.

(2.) A light railway from Tai Tam Tuk Pumping Station to the Ash Dump to reduce cost of transportation.

(3.) Bowen Road and Pokfulam Conduits were cleared of considerable silt and tree-roots, thereby increasing their carrying capacity considerably.

(4.) Four new Pedestal Hydrants were fixed.

(5.) One Peebles Patent Sand Washer was purchased from Messrs. Glenfield & Kennedy.

(6.) No. 3 Motor was removed and the Motor House altered to make it suitable for Pumping Station staff quarters.

(7.) Cross connection between the 12" C.I. main in Queen's Road and the old 10" C.I. main to allow Garden Road main to be used when feeding the City from Bowen Road beds.

(8.) Findlay Path and Plantation Road main which was 3" and 2" in diameter was replaced by a 4" diameter W.I. pipe. This was necessary to obtain sufficient water to feed Mt. Gough Tank.

(9.) Investigation of site of proposed Dam by means of trial pits and prickings.

(10.) Minor works of no importance.
