The areas required for the various Street Widening Schemes in operation in Kowloon and New Kowloon, and in connection with development under the Town Planning Scheme were in many cases obtained by granting areas of Crown Land in exchange for the old lots; particulars of such exchanges will be found on pages 13 to 22. The following lots were resumed on cash payment.
