The building is being erected on a site overlooking the Tai-koo Sugar Refinery at Quarry Bay.
The accommodation is as follows:-
On the Ground Floor:-A covered playground, two entrances for scholars, with separate cloak rooms and lavatories. Two stairways give access to the upper floor. At the rear are provided quarters for caretaker, etc.
On the Upper Floor:-Four class-rooms and an assembly hall, with teachers' common room, retiring room, and conveniences.
At the end of the year the site formation has been completed and the building was up to roof level, the formwork for concrete roof and the reinforcing steel being placed in position.

113. Central Police Station-New: Store & Armoury.-This work was referred to in paragraph 114 of last year's Report.
In addition to the work described therein, all window openings were fitted with, in addition to the iron grilles, angle iron frames and wire mesh to prevent the passing of arms through same to the street.
Increased space on the first floor was devoted to the workshop for the repair of arms, and additional expanded metal partitions were erected to provide further security to the Arms Stores.
The erection of the building progressed satisfactorily, being completed and occupied in February.
