Diptheria:-10 cases were treated. In one patient, an infant three weeks old, the disease attacked the conjunctiva only. Fortunately the mother brought the child to Hospital within the first twenty-four hours. The condition cleared up rapidly after a large dose of anti-toxin, without any damage to the eyes. The source of infection was not traced. The mother was apparently not a carrier.
Dysentery-15 cases were treated; 14 were Amebic and 1 Bacillary.
