In the aggregate these moorings were in use throughout the year as follows:-

GOVERNMENT TYPHOON MOORINGS.

33. Of the above 56 Moorings there are 16 special Typhoon Moorings viz., 14 A Class and 2 B Class.

REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE,

34. The gross revenue for the year, including $1,090 from Private Buoys, was $90,800 and the expenditure for upkeep was $24,594. The expenditure in completing the Special Typhoon Moorings and the provision of 4 new A Class Buoys was $9,370.00 during 1926 and $119,973.97 during 1925. The total Cost of 16 Complete sets Typhoon Moorings being $129,363.97.

PRIVATE BUOYS.

35. Permission was granted to various industrial concerns to maintain private buoys and moorings to the number of 24, and the total revenue derived from that source was $1,090.
