Certificates of Identity to Chinese Proceeding to any foreign Countries.
Ordinance No. 6 of 1923.
6 certificates were issued to Chinese to proceed to foreign countries as against 12 in 1924.
British Born Subject Certificates.
There were eight applications for these certificates, three of which were granted and certificates issued; five were refused.
There was an application for naturalisation, which was refused.
Registration of Books.
Ordinance No. 2 of 1888.
Twelve Books were registered during the year as compared with thirty-eight in 1924.

The total number of in-patients admitted during 1925 was 8,713 as compared with 9,419 in 1924 and 10,142 in 1923. Of these 4,865 or 50% as against 52% in 1924 elected to be treated by European methods.
