1. Twenty-five Government Launches received coal or oil fuel during the year. 6,201 tons of coal was received into the Depôt and 5,981 tons issued to launches. 12,108 gallons of oil fuel was received and 11,984 gallons issued to motor launches.
2. Seventeen Government Launches were slipped, aggregating 107 times at regular intervals during the year.
3. The number of licences issued shows an increase, the fees collected being $23,483 as compared with $18,900, in 1921.
Foreign Trading Junks proceeding to and from Sham Shui Po are now effectively controlled from the Yaumati Office by the Resident Junk Inspector, the evasion of this class of junk from obtaining a one voyage licence is now rare, a comparison of the number of voyage licences issued is as follows :—
