REPORT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF PRISON FOR THE YEAR 1915.
1. The number of prisoners received into prison during the year and the corresponding number for the year 1914 were as follows:--

There was an increase of prisoners convicted for larceny during the year under review, the number being 707 against 595 for the previous year.
