現奉憲牘事照得署輔政使司史城第報現督憲札飭將一千八百八十年印各號八零百百俾衆週知書館之年報印八百七十九年各一千八百八十年五月初四日示爲此須至申陳者化之法現在無庸增益待所酌議新建之書院竣工遷將各件另行詳申似非緊要至於修改本書院管理教屬國家版藉學童數目等圖附送案除該圖所載外現申陳事茲將一千八百七十九年本書院年報及凡
輔右進千政八使申百司八馬陳此須待+年二月初五日-

I have the honour to forward the Blue Book and other Annual Returns connected with this School for 1879.
Beyond the information there tabulated it is not necessary, at present, to make any detailed report. Nothing more can be done in the way of improved organization and instruction than is being done, until the proposed new School has been built and occupied.
